About Rob - Managing Director

If you ring or write to enotions, then you will almost certainly deal with Rob. Rob (Richardson) set up enotions with his other half, Linnie, back in 2002. He still likes to think he's the boss but she keeps him on his toes.

Rob's been doing everything 'internet' since 1995, when he worked for IBM multimedia solutions as a copywriter and developer. He quickly realised he was best kept out of the office, where he could cause trouble, and put in front of customers where he could cause less trouble (usually), chatting through ideas for sites, explaining tricky technical things simply and generally enjoying the company of others.

Starting enotions gave him the opportunity to put his own spin on customer service; putting clients first, by giving them very best advice and service in a way which was affordable, sensible and about maximising value to them.

Rob still harbours dreams of becoming a global rock star, a million copy selling novelist and a marathon runner - or any one of those. Whilst he keeps trying, those in the team will make sure he continues to focus most efforts on running enotions and continuing to give the very best to clients and those who simply ring up for some advice.
