Do as I say, not as I do…
Sincere apologises for the lack of activity on the enotions blog in recent months. Well, if truth be told, since May. What do I say about blog writing? Write at least every week. Every day is preferable. Well …. now you know. Do as I say, not as I do!
I do have an excuse. Well, I like to think I have an excuse that I am sticking too. enotions has been a rather selfish beast over the last 5 months for me, demanding my undivided attention. We’ve been going through process, business and personnel changes like they’re going out of fashion, in order to move to a more effective, efficient and dynamic agency, not just because current climates demand that, but also because we’ve run the same company using the same process from the start BUT we are NOT the same company that we were seven years ago and we need slicker processes to work better.
We now have those processes and people in place. Yes, it’s been torturous. Yes, it’s taken years off me. But it’s been worth it and we’re already seeing the benefits.
A very nice chap cornered me today in London and asked me about the blog and made me realise that, now the company evolution has happened, the blog has to happen again. There’s still a lot more that will be happening over the coming weeks, including a fantastic new site and monthly newsletter, but I’ll endeavour to keep the blog the one constant moving forward.
