Double success at Business Awards
We drank and danced like it was our last day of freedom, and the next morning we suffered for it! But we were celebrating being nominated in two categories at the Salisbury Business Awards so why not?!
The nominations were for the Green Business award and the Customer Service award (the award with the greatest number of entries, too!). A tough ask for little old enotions, but ask we did and we were duly rewarded with a Runners-Up place within Customer Service, coming just behind our neighbours and friends at Farley Nursery School (again!).
To come second in the category of Customer Service was a fantastic result, but one we think is justified. We go out of our way to make sure that customers are happy, informed and feel appreciated. Some of the feedback we received from customers has been extremely good for our egos and we hope to publish some of it here on the site soon.
We were also shortlisted on the night for the Green Award and, whilst a good result for our first year in this category, if truth be told were disappointed not to have made a podium place. We have made huge tangible leaps in the way we run our business to reduce our carbon footprint. We are a truly virtual organisation and, as a result, our footprint and impact on the environment is tiny.
But two nominations, both of which were shortlisted and one of which won silver was a pretty good haul for the evening and for a company which might be wee but is extremely wiry!
