Rob makes frequent updates to our blog, and when they get time away from projects, so do the rest of the team. We've (heavily) edited out the stuff about Rob's band and Seb's love life, so it should be palatable reading!

Salisbury Chamber of Commerce explain enotions’ award

enotions were awarded the Runner Up award for Customer Service at Salisbury’s Business Awards. We’ve since received clarification as to why we did so well.

Our entry was beautifully presented, showing both “an old fashioned attitude to business and clients” and proving enotions is at the “cutting edge in technology!”.

It was clear that “customer satisfaction is key”, feedback is “actively sought” from customers and that we “work very closely with customers”.

The entry included plenty of supporting testimonials which were sensational!

It showed that enotions “is successful and doing well, and that feedback good or bad is recorded”.

Finally, we don’t just rely on emails. We get on the phone and in front of customers to make sure they are happy and their businesses and sites are healthy.

Sounds about right!
