Bubble film might not be everyone’s idea of sexy product, but we all use it, and it’s a truly innovative and ingenious creation. It’s also damn hard to make look sexy in a photograph!

enotions enjoyed a great day at Sansetsu HQ photographing new products and action shots for inclusion in their growing library of images. We’re currently working with Sansetsu on the rejuvenation of their web site (watch this space), brochures, mail envelopes and corporate guidelines, so now is the perfect time to re-snap old and dated photos and expand their range of shots.

Getting good photographs is as much about preparation as it is about good lights, backdrops and cameras. To ensure you get the most from your day make sure;

• you’ve worked out what you want to photograph,
• you’ve worked out what you want to photograph alongside your products,
• you’ve decided if you’re to add to your existing image library or re-shoot for a more contemporary catalogue of images,
• you’ve got a schedule and always have the next item ready to be whisked into shot,
• you’ve got plenty of tea and coffee because photo-shoots can be long!

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the National Sheep Association’s new web site. We’re very proud of it and the NSA are very pleased with it. Smiles all round!

We’ve worked with the NSA for nearly ten years. We did their first site back in 2004. It was a fairly basic site and, whilst it served a purpose at the time, things have moved on, the NSA have moved on and they needed more from their site than just pretty pictures.

What the NSA particularly needed was a site they could update themselves, quickly, easily and with very little training. They need their site to make the sale attendees aware of latest news, dates, make sure they have access to the latest sales catalogues and know where to go on the all important sales days.

After designing a gorgeous looking site for them, we wove this into a Magnolia content management system that gives control in all areas of the site, from amending pages to adding news, through to adding new images to the gallery.

In the autumn of 1976 a meeting of the NSA Wales & Border region was coming to an end when the late Verney Pugh posed the question “Why don’t we organise an all breeds ram sale?”. 35 years later the NSA Ram Sales are still going, stronger than ever infact and now have a world class site to boot.

The NSA are a fantastic client. Down to earth, they know what they want, appreciate our expertise and do everything with a great big dollop of fun. We’re looking forward to supporting them for the next 10 years!

We’re delighted to announce that enotions turns 10 years old today! Happy birthday us!

Back in 2002 we thought it would be a good, and fun, idea to start our own web agency, running projects how we felt they should be run, treating clients how we felt they should be treated and doing work that made a difference to the people involved.

Ten years down the road, we’re still keeping true to this initial idea, maybe more so than ever before.

A lot of water has flowed under our bridge, a lot of clients, projects and personnel have come and some have gone. We had some fantastic times and a few fairly miserable ones too, but that’s all part and parcel of running your own business. We expected nothing less and it all the drama keeps you on your toes!

At the end of a week where I’ve personally put in three 14 hour days and gone without meals to hit deadlines and get sites live, it might sound odd to say it but I think things are working better, are more controlled and happier than ever before! I suppose the one thing that hasn’t diminished in all those years is our dedication and determination to do the very best we can for every single one of our customers, no matter the cost.

Here’s to the next 10 years, and a lovely sleep this bank holiday!
